Turn the training you already deliver into an online course.
Send us your slides, handouts and notes. We shape them into lessons, activities and an assessment, and put the course on your website under your brand. Then we host it and keep it current on a monthly plan.
For training providers, professional associations, regulators and employers in New Zealand.
6 demo courses, 6 ways to learn.
Each is built for a different kind of organisation, in its own brand, around the way its subject is best learnt. They play as you scroll. Open any of them to try it yourself.

01Real estate
Spot the errors in a draft advert
We start with a flawed draft, because checking adverts is the real job.
Technique: Erroneous examples
02Professional body
Answer, then say how sure you are
Rating confidence shows who is sure but wrong, so they review first.
Technique: Confidence-based assessment
03Employer
Sort incidents against the clock, then see every site
5 quick decisions build recall, and managers see every site at once.
Technique: Quick-fire sorting, plus a manager view
04Safety training
Find the defects, then put the checks in order
4 defects found online first, so the practical day is spent hands-on.
Technique: Hazard spotting, then sequencing, before the practical day
05Schools
Predict the rule, then sort the words
Committing to 1 guess first makes the right answer stick.
Technique: Predict, then reveal
06Youth work
Make the call, and see where it leads
Seeing 3 choices play out teaches judgement a rule list cannot.
Technique: A branching scenario, mapped to the code of ethics
Thinking of moving a course online?
- What if no one in your organisation builds online courses?
- You don't need anyone who does. Your trainer gives us half a day and reviews each module. We write and build the rest.
- Do you have to run a learning platform?
- No. The course sits on your website under your brand. We host it and answer learners' questions.
- Will it replace the course you teach in person?
- Only if you want it to. You can keep running the room course, and the online one is there for people who can't make a workshop date.
- How do you find out what it will cost?
- The half-day Course Blueprint ends with a fixed build price. You decide after that, before any building starts.
How we build your course
You review the work at each step before we move on.
Step 1. Course Blueprint
Half a day with you and your trainer. You leave with a plan and a fixed price.
Step 2. Build
We write the lessons, activities and questions. You review each module.
Step 3. Plan
Once the course is live, a monthly plan covers hosting, learner support, updates and a report.
How pricing works
We quote each course on its own, after a 20-minute call, so there is no price list. You pay for 3 things, in order: the Course Blueprint, the build at the fixed price it puts in writing, then a monthly plan once the course is live.
Ask for a quoteYou own the course, your brand and your learner data. Every certificate has a public check page, and every course is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Read the standards
The photographs on this site are generated illustrations of people learning and teaching. The courses on their screens are our demo courses for fictional clients. They show no real client, place or person.

What happens next
- You email us or book a 20-minute call.
- We read it and reply with any questions about your course.
- If an online version is worth building, we suggest a Course Blueprint and quote for it. If it isn't, we'll say so.
